Following an esteemed academic and medical career, Dr. Lindner is an active member of several consultancies/boards. She most recently focused on finding new trends in science and medicine at Novartis Pharmaceuticals, as Global Program Head, Strategic Partnerships Team.

Prior to Novartis, Dr. Lindner was Senior Director, Scientific Licensing in gastroenterology at Shire. Previously, she was a venture partner for 5 years at BioAdvance, a start-up venture capital group, serving on numerous start-up company boards in multiple therapeutic areas. For over 7 years, Dr. Lindner also worked in various capacities at various companies including, but not limited to, Fibrocell Science, Alkermes, BTG, GSK, and Sanofi. Prior to pharma/biotech, she was Assistant Professor of Medicine at the hospital of the University of Pennsylvania, and Assistant Professor of Pediatrics at the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia.

Dr. Lindner received her medical degree from the the Chicago Medical School (Rosalind Franklin University) and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology from Washington University. Dr. Lindner has also held a number of faculty positions at the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine and The Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia.
